I was born in Galveston, Texas but moved to Denver, Colorado when I was
six months old. After graduating from high school, I went to Barclay
College in Haviland, Kansas and graduated in 2006 with a BA in Music
Ministry and Bible. Directly after college I spent two years as a
missionary in Dublin, Ireland. I spent my time there working with a
local church doing music and working with local youth. I moved back to the States in 2008 in order to be
closer to my soon-to-be bride, Cairistiona. It was in November, 2008
that I began working part-time as the Music Minister at First Denver
Friends Church. It was close to this time that I also began working at
my other part-time job at PREP. PREP stands for Prevention and
Relationship Enhancement Program. PREP is a research company that has
developed curriculum to help people learn how to have successful
relationships. Cairistiona and I were married on January 17, 2009.
We love being part of the community here at First Denver Friends Church
and feel graced by God to be allowed to serve here. We continue to
passionately seek the Lord’s direction in everything we do.
